Moyes

Just read in the sun that David Moyes will be given the funds needed to get the team back into the CL but will be expecting results to warrant this financial backing. Is this statement simply a tactic to get supporters to vote in favor of the proposed move , or can we really expect Davy to get the funds needed to compete with the present top 4 and the like of spurs and the other big spenders?

I think he will be given a minor cash injection into the transfer funds but I dont think Everton will be able to compete with the big 4 in money figures...
