In my my profile page, i've found that a couple of my stats are failing to go up and are going down quite rapidly. Is there certain things you have to do to get these up? The stats i'm struggling to get up are 'Club/Player Loyalty' and 'Hands On Approach'. The others are fine...

Club/Player Loyalty = stay in that club for 20 years

Hands On Approach = Feeding the media with headlines about...something.
