Hi.

I'm currently trying to find a new goalkeeper and am looking for a young unknown talent, spending many an hour searching through the playter search screen.

My question is, what are the attributes you shouold look for when searching for young gems, as the attributes obviously change as the player progresses?

The question applies for all positions

Well you cant put it down to any few attributes. It all depends on what position you're looking for. Also, if you're looking for someone young, then you should get your scouts out to various parts of the world and let them look around. The problem with you looking is that even if you have no way of judging how good the youngster will turn out with his stats the way they stand at age 17-18. In very rare cases, maybe you can. But thats not a lot of times.

The best thing to do is to send your scouts out to a particular country/ region and set the commands accordingly of what type of player you want him to search for. I generally just put him out to search for any players under 20. They'll find you the ones with potential (provided you have good scouts).
