Just had an offer (see above). Reid is playing out of his skin for Rovers at the moment. Although his avg rating is 6.7. Not sure if to go ahead with the deal...ADVICE NEEDED ASAP

surely huddlestone will become better than Steven reid so there wouldnt be much point in it

I think you may have read it wrong. I've been offered Huddlestone & 20% sell on fee, for Reid.

I play with two CM's both with Barrows to the DM position. I've got Savage (who obviously is aging) and Roberto who's looking pretty good so far. I tend to play Reid in the AM position or on the right wing rotating with Rigters. Obviously Huddlestone is more a prospect but Reid is changing games with screamers and playing with his heart and soul...Maybe time to him move on perhaps

If he's playing so well for you, why would you want to sell him?? Even if Huddlestone will turn out better than Reid, that doesnt help you right now. And Reid is pretty young himself at 26 is it? Dont sell players who're in excellent form and who do well for you.

After a season or two, you'll be able to find even better players than Huddlestone. Hold on to your match winners!
