A Midtable team offering good enough transfer fund?
okey guys, i will tell you my purpose. i want to buy as many high potential guys (like Saivet, Lulinha, Aaron etc) as i can and create a team of young amazing players to challenge for silverware. And this would be too easy and not-so-enjoyable with the likes of Chelsea, Barca, Milan etc.
So are there any midtable teams who offer you a decent amount of transfer funds when you get the job at the beginning?
Any suggestios will be appreciated.

Sevilla is not a midtable team, dude They are already one of the top teams in Europe ! and they already have some great players. On the contrary, i want to create a team from zero... Wenger style
