I have feeder clubs in Ireland, England and Belgium (I am Blackburn) how do I get clubs in more exotic and foreign countries? Does it depend on my scouts?

Do you ever sign gems from your feeder clubs?

You cant decide your feeder clubs. It just depends on your board. But I think once your are half way through your second season or soemthing like that, the board starts asking you what type of feeder club you want (home country, work permit, commerical etc). But you cant choose a specific one.

I've not had any luck so far picking up youngsters from my feeders in FM08, but did have that in FM07. Was able to get Freddy Adu off them!
