Default 4 subs in an official competition game
I just finished my game against Freiburg and was able to sub 4 players.

What happened was: I already subbed 2 players and was going to sub another one.
I confirmed the sub and then before the sub happened someone got injured. So I got back at the tactics screen.
Apparantly I was able to just press cancel (could not undo last change). I went back to the tactic screen and subbed the injured player.

Much too my surprise not only the injured player got subbed, but my previous intendet sub happened too!
