Highly anticipating FM08 but after completing a couple of games on the demo i feel they're both set up nicely for the full release so i've headed back to fm07 till the 19th.

Dragged up this old thread instead of getting told off for starting a new one.

I don't mind 08 - on first look I was impressed but a few new bits, had a couple of bug problems so waited for the patch which came and I see no real problems anymore. However I've made my mind up that when I get home tonight I'm going to go back to my 07 game - it is partly because i'm in the middle of a really good save and am settled with tactics that work really well for me and a few good young regens I want to develop. 08 just hasn't been good enough to take me away from it (although I wish 07 was as quick as 08 - to save on 07 takes about 5 minutes now)

Not a moan about 08 - it's just 07 is my favourite computer game ever.

Anyone else doing the same as me?

im in the middle of my season with accrington in the championship on 07. not going to bother getting 08 because i dont have the patience to play an unfinished game

Hugely enjoying my FM08 game currently, but have transferred my 07 savegame to my spare pc so I continue my old game whilts playing my new one.

(one gets the feeling I'm slightly addicted)

I am just thinking about starting a new 07 game. 08 just not worth the money if you already have 07. Might get it next year, when its fully patched and cheaper. Did this with 07, too. Also tempted to buy FIFA Manager, but i informed myself a little bit and its still too easy and lacks the feel of realism badly.
So basically i am playing EHM now, but just had a CTD which will take me back half a season...dont know if i really would like to do this.

I'm playing 07 until the complaints about 08 diminish (until the patch in February).
