how do i find out what CA and PA a player has???

"legally" you don't find these out only your scout can tell you if a player is good or not (best scouts are with 20 at their judging player ability and judging player potential)

you can use genie scout which shows you player's PA and CA but it's considered cheating so at the end it's up to you

Theres nothing Illegal about using the editor, or external programs.

For current players in the database, you can see the PA and CA in the editor, for all newly generated players, you need FMM or Genie scout, try the Editors Hideaway to find what you need.

Forget genie scout. Just open editor.exe in your game directory, load your current database, and search for player. Then double click the player you've searched, and go to player data.
