hello
I'm in my second season with Reading in the premier league.I have a polish affiliate club can't pronounce or remember their name) and the main benefit is"avoid work permit regulations".

Anyway i signed a young russian and failed to get a work permit.It won't let me send him on loan to the club.

Also it's the middle of january.
Any ideas?

Maybe they have had their quota of loand or the transfer window is closed for that league.

1) mayby the polish season is n't over and their transfer window is closed.I probs wrong but i would like to see the anser.

I was thinking something like that myself(transfer wndow thing) but i'm not running the league so i don't know.

Any Polish people on this forum might be able to clear this up?

The Polish transfer windows are as follows:

30th June -> 31st August
1st Feb -> 28th Feb

Therefore the suggestions above are correct: you cannot send him on loan there since the Polish transfer window(s) are not open.

i had that problem as well

now i dont even bother sending them out to greyed out teams he just come back with 3 games which is useless
