Where has my 15m gone?

I'm still having trouble to find where exactly has my 15m pounds gone.

My season budget is 31.24m and I spent 29.5m on players and sold 15m. However my budget left is still 2m pounds. I always thought 70% of the money that I got from selling my players would go through to my transfer budget but I still cant see where that 15 million is.

I have NOT adjusted the transfer/wage budgets at all.

Bought any players on a monthly basis? If so it will take from this years funds straight away.

Have you checked how much of your transfer income your board are actually making available?

If you go to the Finances screen there's a "% of transfer income made available" note there, which will clarify things.

Appearance fees/goals scored/clean sheets all count towards budget stuff may have an impact.

im sure it was toronto fc i was manchester united al claify how much it was when i come back

but isnt 3.1m a little to much for a american team

Actually I was wrong with my original post, it wasnt 70%......it was 100%!
