They don’t see the beautifulness anymore that’s loaded in the game, with or without the patch.

It’s not only about that patch, this behaviour is everywhere.

Good for us is that SI & Sega are making lots of money from this game.
Else they would say 'F**K OFF, do it by yourself if you pretend you can do it better!'

im not so sure, it was a bit of handbags at dawn in my opinion

You know most people complain if they are not happy. Fact.

People get unhappy when they spend money which they had to earn and they dont feel they get value for the money spent. Must be a poor product.

If you feel more people are moaning then more people must be unhappy.

See paragraph 2.

Simple really. The ones who cant accept this obvious theory fine. You continue to play your poor product and enjoy it.

Fact:

•The bugs are minor. Everyone can enjoy the game, even without the patch
•The patch is released fast.
•The game is a cheap product. Maybe for students 50€ is a lot, for most people it’s nothing. 1 decent meal in a good restaurant with my girlfriend is costing me more.
•Software programming is very difficult

But the moaners say:

•The game is load with bugs
•The patch is too late. In fact, there’s no patch need, ‘cause the game should be perfect since the release.
•The game should be free.
•Software programming is easy. They all can do it better.

Right or wrong its the way the internet is evolving. Just ends up with less and less devs reading or paying any attention to forums, or even removing forums from their websites completly.

While I do agree that all game production houses DO need to invest more in professional beta testing programs, I do appreciate the SI devs in the way they communicate and accept user feedback etc ... that kind of thing is VERY rare these days and should always appreciated.
I agree, this forum is nothing special it's the way things are everywhere, "It's this spoiled brats I tell ya, don't know how good they have it!" </BLOCKQUOTE>

I wasn't in any way slaating, nor defending SI or Sega, just commenting generally about how some people here go about complaining and demanding. There are also many valid issues but how they are being expressed leave a lot to be desired.

i visit these forums to give help and advice to people usung my experiences of the game, and usually ignore the ranting. but it baffles me how demanding everyone is with this game.

i personally haven't let any of these "bugs" spoil my enjoyment of the game, the finances issue was the only one i have threadded about, but i didn't call it a bug to stir sh!t up. i asked for advice. but in reading other posts, i was gradually put off the game until the patch was out, not because i was experiencing the same thing, but because i felt that most of the people complaining were not putting the effort in to figure out why they are scoring 1 goal from 32 shots, and i was fed up with it, as i visit the forums to get me in the mood to play the game!

i had a similar problem in fm07, and altered my training accordingly. it worked, i won nuff sh!t.

some people who play this game have very little logic. if you have torres, he should score. wrong. when i was at an academy irl, i had no left foot and couldn't head the ball. i was trained to do so, and found myself scoring much more goals with my left and my head.

this may be a game (ie NOT REAL), but attention to detail is the key. not everyone is great at these types of games, but unless you don't want to get your moneys-worth, use a little logic to get round any match bugs in future. games will be buggy, can't avoid this. but claiming that everything going wrong is a bug makes me laugh.

SI work harder than most of these ranters at their jobs/uni's/schools, they give us what we ask for. leave them let them do their job.

ffs

It's the new FM players that have no history or loyalty to SI! I've been playing since way back in the days of the Amiga. Most on here don't realise that FM is the original CM.
I lost my old user name from the forums when the split happened and the FM series began from the CM days before, just got around recently to rejoining atfer a break from the FM scene. I have also been playing since the Amiga days.

I have raised my issues in the LLM forum to the patch there and what affect it has to my LLM gaming.

Overall the patch is a step forward but some things the patch alters or changes subtly will annoy people no matter what SI do. In time it will be sorted in further patches or work arounds will be found to tactics etc but everyone has the right to complain or argue a case if the game doesn't seem sensible in parts. I have no issues with that if done in the correct way and they get respected even if others aren't seeing the same things.

To the original poster:

Thank you for generalizing.

I've been a member here for 7 years and have always stood up for SI as they have the best customer care I've ever seen.

Played their games since 1991.

Yet I'm at my end here. The latest stunt where they state that they know about a major bug in the game, yet they fail to include a fix for it in their final patch.

This bug keeps a lot of us from playing the game.

So cut down on the generalizations will you.
