i am tracing human forms and hair... hating life too...

how do I generally/magnetically select around an image and produce a fade/blur thingy?

physc311 - "fade/blur thingy" does not compute 3[ . Could you be a bit more specific? Post an example of what you're trying to do or describe it in greater detail please.

- Go to blur/motion blur, angle 45, distantance 50 pixels.
- Select the magic wand, tolerance 70
- Select the darker area, H&S 45
- Fade it

That should do the job
