Windowed mode.

I have a problem when I try to play the game in windowed mode. The message is that my system doesn't support it, but when I read in the manual, my system supports it. Anyone know what to do??

If you are on XP, go to your desktop icon and right click it. Then go to properties and there should be a Target Line. At the end of the target line i.e fm.exe''
Hit the space bar and type
-windowed -small_screen

Then click ok and load up FM.
