Does everyone else experience this?

90% of my players are having enquiries, bids or are being chased by about 10 teams.

Seems pretty unrealistic to me..

I experienced the same thing. Trying to build a squad and 90% of my players are wanted by "bigger" teams (playing as Viking in Norway). And when you refuse an enquiry player becomes unhappy and stays "unh" throughout the whole season till you finally sell him or his contract runs out. It feels like my team is a star factory. Very frustrating...
