Sorry if its already been done, but a few people might pick up on a few features they werent using before so .. Ill start..
Firstly I didnt play FM07 much, so maybe these arent new features, but hopefully more people will contribute and whatever.
Ok first one.. Souting your players when they are on loan at other clubs. From the player profile screen.
Second.. Clicking on an attribute on the player profile screen brings up a progress chart for that particular attribute.
Lastly.. This isnt new but I had totally misundersood it. The 'Swap position with' option in individual player instructions. The players will actually change position a number of times during the game. What better way to keep the opposition on their toes? I previously thought this just swapped player A and player B's positions whilst keeping individual player instructions in tact.
Ok so come on ppl.. add stuff.

From the player profile screen:
miscellaneous -> create player search filter from 'player'
Does what it says on the tin really. Good if you're about to lose a star player and need a replacement or looking for a budget version of a more well-known player.
