1. On the individual players screen the attributes don't show up at all. It has been like this since the game came out but I assumed the patch would sort this?

My game is in late September so it's not as if there are no effects from training.

On the training screen some players have arrows up or down but on their respective individual screen nothing.

I thought this was going to be sorted?

2. Near post flick on's at corners. Is there any point using these?! In the Beta patch your defender would just flick it on straight into the side netting. With the new patch the flick on is an attempt at goal so far wide that some poor bloke in the front row of the crowd is getting hit in the face every time!!

3. Coaches. Are there any with 20 stats anymore? The coach stats seem to have been toned down big time.

4. Martin Jol and Sammy Lee have vanished. Should they not be in the game as Unemployed?

5. And finally, Richard Wright a better keeper than Robert Green?!

Any ideas??

1. Do you mean you see bars instead of numbers? If so, you can set this on the preferences screen.

If you mean you cant see changes in attribute, try unticking and re-ticking the option when you go into a player profile.

2. Dunno. Have my own corner setting.

3. Wouldnt qualify as a bug, more a data "issue".

4. Jol's in mine. Check in the editor. If they're there they'll be in the game (may depend on DB size)

5. Data issue again, not a bug.

1. I prefer the numbers, I meant the arrows that are meant to appear by the numbers showing the effects of training. The arrows appear on the Training Screen but not on the players profile. I've tried ticking and unticking but it makes no difference.

2. Does anyone else have this problem with near post corners?

3. Just a shame you can't pick up any decent coaches considering the fact the ones you have are awful. How can a Premier League Clubs own coaches be marked so bad?

4. I use the large database... What is the point of going for a large database if not everyone shows up? I don't even get Cradenas and Leobang Mokoena show up... I'm sticking to medium in future. What's the point of the large database if the players dont want to join you or you can't get a work permit?!

5. Why have data researchers if they have not gopt a clue??? Surely you dont need a degree in ricket science to work out that West Ham's first choice goalkeeper should have better stats than the reserve keeper!!! I could do a better job just by watching MOTD!!

Sorry for being sarcastic it's just this game is doing my head in!

Does noone else have the above disputes??

1. Are you using the standard skin? Are you playing windowed mode?

3. Agree that coach stats have been tweaked a tad too low. Not sure how this changes in long term games though.

5. Is he set with better abilities in the editor? Or is he just "above the norm" on your save game? Either way, have a look in the data forum to see if its mentioned there.

1. I'm using the standard skin and playing in normal mode. This has been happening since the game came out and it was mentioned before in the bugs forum so I assumed it had been dealt with.

5. Haven't checked the Editor, I always tend to have a game with the original settings first then later on tweak around and cheat a bit!!

I just find it staggering that certain players stats are hopelessly wide of the mark. I mean Green is probably Englands best keeper IRL at the moment and Richard Wright's career has been going down hill for ages so it's obvious who should be better...

I started noticing this tonight, have seen it once or twice in about 10 games. Need to look at it in much more detail over a much larger amount of games before I can comment properly.

My biggest gripe with FM at the moment.

I noticed this aswell. Before the patch I managed to hire some fantastic coaches, now most of them have 18-20 in one or two attributes an the rest are crap.

I think someone mentioned that near post corners have been toned down because people were scoring too many goals direct.

However rather than make your fella nod it 20 feet wide why not just make it do what it says, "a near post flick on"!!!
