Ter i have a question for you....Did you read the thread and you closed it???? I have played 3 seasons with R.Madrid up to now with the skin there and there are no issues with the game it works perfectly....I dont understand why you cant accept this ok??? Many people out there want a skin FOR NOW until you release the tool for the 2008 game allright???? Have you even seen this:
Many people dont even play the game because of the skin....So i really dont understand why you dont let us provide something that is PERFECTLY workable until YOU release that tool....??? Dont close it!!!!Leave people to comment on it and if many like it i will go and get the permissions needed i will release it together with the original creators (of some of the things inluded in the skin)...OK? Its bad enough that we dont have that tool therefore at least let us help some others who want a skin at present until that tool comes out!!!!
Have you even posted a link to any skins yet? Like I've said before, converting FM2007 skins to FM2008 isn't something we recommend as it can cause serious issues with the game if you don't know what you are doing.
Hey Ter when do you think the fmf tool is going to be released, no offence but it seems so unprofessional and not nice towards customers, we know they have that tool its not they're actually inventing it or something, what are they doing with it??? Why such a long delay???
1) My personal opinion is that you should of asked people who created the skins if you could edit or alter them, i think if you now ask for permission to upload it could be denied..
2) If you really want to make skins or have an interest in it then wait for the official tool to be released..

I do not care about who made the skins, all I care about is to get a new skin. THAT is what I like about ferrari, he wants to make a temporary skin until others make a 100% working skin including the main page. Besides the fact that the original FM08 skin hurts my eyes I Do not really like the design. The skin ferrari has made looks a lot better, and I do not really care if the main page is "out" neither, because I can unload the original skin when I have loaded my save game, and then unload the skin when I exit the game leaving it with the orignial skin on next start-up..
That is what is running through my mind when thinking of this new skin, and bear in mind that ferrari says in one of his previous threads that he also sees it as a temporary solution until new 100% functionable skins are available
That is exactly what im saying rumball thank you....As for you jambos2006 NO i did not plagiarize anybodys work....The word plagiarism implies taking somebody elses work and pretending its your own... NO NO NO!!!! If you read my previous posts i said i wouldnt do that...And i also said that credit will go to those who made the features....!!!! The only credit i will get is for the design only (for placing them together i mean)If i had plagiarised..i would have uploaded this skin allready and pretend is my own ok???? So get your facts straight and read my previous posts....
Ter, the thing is that the skin works perfectly...I finished a 4th season today and the game,news,matches, and all new features are working perfectly apart from the main page before you start a game ok??? No offence mate i am not attacking you i know you know more... But everything works fine.... And yes i posted screenshots but not a link to download it as permissions are needed....

If you want to bugger up your game, Go right ahead. His skins don't work with fm08 properly as Ter has said on numerous occassions on this very forum and by now Ter is most likely sick to the back teeth repeating himself. But remember someone took a lot of time and effort and it wo8ld be nice if this so called skin maker took the time to ask these people was it ok for him to do this.
It's called manners.
