This can be done after the extractor has been released, I already managed to do this, but it also removed main menu graphics.

It's required to show the license splash screen and clicking the mouse would usually go straight to that.
While the splash screens are showing the game is actually loading up in the background which is why by the time you get to the Kick Racism Out Of Football one you can usually go straight to the main menu.
