excuse me if this is ignorance, but i cant see where to download these new magic skins i read about in the skins messages! i preferably want a darker one with the attribs normal and not rainbow coloured! can anyone help!?

AFAIK, so far there's only two skins - Azter's Metallic skin and CaptainFerret's Steklo. Both are around here somewhere.

ok, when i look for them to download though i get put off by people saying theyre only half done? where can i get the actual wholefile?

They are perfect, both skins. Steklo does have a few issues like you cannot see your division news but only 1 inbox. This will be rectified in the new version, confirmed by the author. Ackters skin is the same as the original, just darker to it's easier on the eyes. Everyone has their own opinion, download the skins and then make yours.
