into the my docs > fm 08>graphics>skins folder and when i click on preferences >display the only skin available is still the FM default one any ideas why the new one is not showing to choose?

Have you refreshed your game???

Click the display & Sound, then always reload skin then confirm?

yes mate done that.

I have d/loaded the skin and moved it into the "skins" folder within the FM directory in my docs, i noticed that this skins folder was not within the actual "graphics" folder so i moved it into that, i still only get the default skins to choose from. i have skin cache unticked and always reload ticked.

I also gave "temp" data folder unticked if thats any use?

What skins are you trying to apply, are they suitable with FM 08?

I have the same problem Derek, just the original FM2008 skins to chooe from. Can anyone help??

Derek/Codebreaker, I think I have soled the problem.
Have you extracted the skin into my docs/sports interative/graphics/skins? If so then thats your problem. I did that but then noticed an empty skins folder in my docs/sports interactive. Extract the Stelko files into there and hey presto it shows them when you try to change skins. Good Luck.

I was extracting the skin into my documents/sports interactive (then I created a graphics folder & created a skins folder to go in the graphics one).I noticed there was a skins folder already in my documents/sports interactive,so I deleted the contents of my graphics folder and put the Stelko in the skins folder and it worked.
