Just "steal" a copy of a config file you already have (for something similar - ie for kits if you are kit making etc) and open it in notepad.

When you open it you shouldn't have too much difficulty in sussing out what is what - simply change what's there to match what you have created and delete the unwanted parts (there's a top and tail that you shouldn't touch, but you'll work out what that bit is easily enough).
