I have found that even at a higher level my team fail to convert chances into goals. The only things I can think of to try and rectify this are:

1. Increase shooting training
2. Buy a coach with good stats for shooting
3. Slow down tempo
4.Rely on getting the majority of my goals from set pieces

What have you tried to try and increase your goal percentage Rashidi1?

I'd be interested to see how this goes for you, I tried 3 man defenses before (with limited success) although I tended to play with 2CB's and a sweeper but it really never worked. This I might try.

Although I'm not from Cambridge, my mum lives here and I only drove past the stadium earlier today

I will in a while let me run through it and do all the set-pieces properly. I'll probably release a set of tactics all at one go. And start a thread exclusively for the tactic set, I'll do that once the effects of friday night have worn off.
