I have gone through all the help threads on this site, but still i am having massive problems getting working and effective tactics within FM2008.

Im managing Man Utd, but i just can't seem to control a match. I seem to miss 20 chances every game, with Tevez and Rooney and can't stop teams scoring past me no matter what tactic/formation i use.

Can anyone help me improve this?

What sort of chances are you creating?

Long shots, one on ones, close range, headers from crosses?

Rooney and Tevez keep getting into the box and putting it over the bar. Normally i would laugh, but 10 games in a row without a goal and them missing 20 chances a match is getting silly.
