Hello, i got frustrated for not winning versus Udinese @ home. I did all the scout reports could do and I still lost the game by 3 or 4 nil. Second time we I became innovative and changed my tactic to nothing human race ever witnessed before. And guess what I won.

what in the blazes kind of formation is that!!!! anyways we can't really tell from just looking a the formation, do you happen to remember the team instructions like mentality, d-line, tempo, passing style, also if you look at the match stats you could usually get a rough idea of what went wrong
thats a crazy tactic, one time on fm2008 one team played at home against me using this tactic: 4 defenders, 2 MDs, 2 MCs,1 MR,1ML and 1 PL, all MCs+MR+ML had Farrows. the match was even but i won it.
I can just see you now in front of your PC muttering away to yourself "***damn AI try to beat me will ya?! I'll show you whose a tactical ******* genius" and then right after you won "How do you like them apples ***damn son of a ***** AI?!! Didn't see that one coming with your poxy re-ranking, did ya!!!"

The reason I say this is because I did exactly the same kind of thing (not the same formation), putting arrows and players all over the place. Unfortunately my frustration induced tactical epiphany led to a 4-1 spanking.
What is there to discuss? Unless you have stumbled across some kind of match engine exploit I would say you probably just got lucky (posting your match stats might give a little insight into this).
