I haven't noticed an effect of looking at it in such detail.
I do have a few coaches with bad rating in youth work, but my youth still seems to develop just fine in their area of work.
In the end of hte day I think it is important that every coach has a low workload, in order to do his job properly.
I think most
ppl here do what you do: only have a "coach", also due to staff limitations that makes sense already.
the workload it shows for a coach is the workload he's got.
I always have seen youth training and senior training as not running parallel, therefor a coach will not have a problem dealing with both of them. Let's face it, regarding a normal workday, football players do not really train THAT much every single day, so there is plenty of time for the coaches to do their work throughout the day without getting stressed
