I'm experimenting with training and giving it a go to get more invoved in it daily. I turn down fitness training at start of week and Fridays before match day but high train fitness on Tue and Wed..if theres no midweek game that is.
Defending was done on Monday so I removed any coaches on that duty and the numbers training it were nil on Friday where players and coaches were just doing set pieces and ball control with a bit of attacking and tactics.
When I remove any coaching staff from lets say defending for a day and assign everybody to set pieces or similar the 0 in red for coaches duties goes up to heavy, seting a coach on there then puts it back to light.
Can anybody give me there best understanding of these areas principally about work loads
