Hi am currently going into my 3rd season, and have enough to purhcase bth these players....

Wanted to get silva coz heard he's simply brillant in FM 08 but his buy out clause is ridiculous!i only have Menez and well leto( i play Liverpool) on the left wing plus benayoun, so am questioning if i really need another left winger

while Van der varrt... heard he is good and can accomodate as AMC and MC but have Augero as my resident AMC, lucas too. While MC i have sissoko, xabi and gerrad..

So juz wana know whaat is the best choise from u lads... or shoudl i buy neither and invest in youth and let my yongsters liek saivet, hobbs, anderson break through?

Wth lol silva for 4O+ mill? i got him for 98 million.
For a good winger, buy Mancini from Roma and silva is definitely better 10 goals and 19 assists after playing 35 matches in my game

Definetly van der vaart.If you know to use his abilitys he can be very dangerous.Also I look at his pa from editör it seems realy good.But it changes what are you looking for.Amc or Amr? But if you are asking generraly I insist to van der

Well you say you have the money then why not get the best? Silva is absolutely brilliant mate. Can play AMC, AMR, AML anywhere. If you want the best, then go for Silva. VDV is very good too I suppose but would definitely go Silva if money's not an issue. :thup:

Cheers for the replies guys...yes i do know RVV is great but think he may have to be in for rotation as have augero, defour, gerrad lucas playing oin that role...as i heard he will get angry if not played so guess its not a gd idea..

well artem is more an amc too..so dun see why he will be a good aml..yea have to agredd silva is cracking and have only menez and leto so think he will make a great buy juz that 41.5 mil is a craxzy amt... its an amount i used to buy augero 25.5 mil and menez 17.5 mil put together..

but do agree i need more options o nthe left wing as my right is pretty solid with babel and anderson plus can play kuyt

Silva is probably the best AML in the game and since you have plenty of cover in the middle its well orth the money

Defo Silva! He plays best as AMC, i play him behind my 2 strikers and he's scored 24 goals. I'm keeping him till the very end!!!
