i would recommend albert luque from ajax.

He has been on my ajax squad for 2 years now, and he has been an constant high performer, never got anhy lower than an 7 usually an 8.

I mostly play him as an aml/ ml
but when in need of a goal in the last minutes i turn him up to striker!!

great player can get easily under 13m

Well if you can get Juventus to sell Giovinco to you then that's the man for you. And he should be available for around 13M, maybe a little bit more. Brilliant player.
