Apologies if this guy has already been mentioned on here, but I've not come across anything about him before.
As Cardiff City are, undoubtedly, the slowest team in the Football League in real life, one of my first objectives when I took over as their manager was to get some pace into the team and, to that affect, I signed Chris Taylor of Oldham for around £400 grand.
Whilst I found Taylor to be good at Championship level, Conway is better as far as I am concerned - he costs about the same as Taylor, he can play on either wing, has an eye for a goal and consistently gets marks of seven week in week out. So, if anybody is managing in the Championship, is looking for a winger and doesn't have a fortune to spend in the transfer market, you could do a lot worse than sign this fellah from Dundee United!
