1 game till the winter break, we sit second behind Lyon
Lyon will win the league, their squad is too strong...
Got Lomski and Andrade signing soon though, quite pleased with myself

Monaco are one of those sides that when you get the right players then they will make a impact... they almost won the Champions League a few years ago and they would of been known as the real underdogs.
So yeah keep Menez he's crucial.

Koller is godlike in the last game, he was the poacher when it came to goals and I was able to keep him going for an extra year and this was with the FM Weegie Update.

| Yeah, hes good on this one also, he can lead the line well and is a good finisher, but he wont reconsider his retirement unfortunately
However, Piquionne has been lethal off the bench, 2nd top scorer in the league!
Heavybass - you playing with Monaco?

I played with Monaco on Fm2007 as I wanted to go for a refreshing change and they had some spirit... I was able to win the league with a few deals here and there but Lyon are like nigh high tough.
It's a shame they lost so many players this time round... they had the most -9s in 07.

Basically don't sell the key players aka Menez etc and all this is highly detailed and you will need to get players if you want to break the deadlock that is Lyon.
Right here's to business
£2mil-£4mil is what your going to have to work with so you are going to have to find some bargains.
If you work with the patch then Aaritalo has been dumbed down like last year's player of choice Cardenas.
Go after free transfers, african players try to resign Kallon as well as he doesn't take up an EU spot.
You also can loan in players as well ((Look for those that are available... you might want to look at Diego Capel)) and send Pino out on loan cause in two years he gains Spanish nationality.
For your first season focus on winning the cups rather than the league but you got 2 seasons to win the league so European Qualification will be important.
