anyway... at the end part, were you put the shadow... if you just save the first layer.. the one with the circular gradient, and then use the displacement filter, you can make it more realistic. .. just wanted to let you know.. sorry if this is in the wrong place.. but i could not find any other place? But that is a great tutorial...

It great that found something out on your own. That's part of what i expect from those who do these tutorials. Not everything is written out for them because then they'd have nowhere to go afterward, and nothing further to learn. An what fun would that be?!

I'm interested in the extra step you've mentioned, but not exactly sure about what you mean. For the sake of others who try this tute, go into a bit more detail about what it is you've discovered here, and how it will effect the final image.
