Ok i am starting a new game of FM08. Which players can i pick up cheap for lower league teams?

Who are the hidden gems in 08?

I'm in Italy with Pescara. Got Italian leagues going down to serie C2, English down to Blue Sq. N/S, French all leagues, spanish all leagues, plus brazilian argentine, costa rican with a large database. Yes i have a good pc lol.
