Default Harsh way tokeep players happy ;-)
For those backup players incase first team quality players get injured,i just put the backup players / squad players into reserves and put them listed on loan this seems to stop the whining / moaning about lack of first team football and when my 1st team member get injured just go toreserves and pick a player for the next few matches, this seems to be working for me... i aint sure if this is old or new.

yeh it says he feels too good/not sure etc. but so what. he doesnt moan.
