It's okay, it's a glitch that's there because SOMebody needs to change/remove an old address. Somebody will have received your mail.

I'd suggest either waiting, or trying again. Maybe grovel a bit.

maybe it could be something to do with SI message system, as i have treid to email SI about 8/9 times tonight and get message back saying error.

Marcftm - I got the email and have removed your card.
Romario - The email list is working fine, Ive checked it. Maybe the error is at your ISP, or on the route to the email servers here?
