One in second division, so i can put all the hot wonderkids there for match experience and one for my own team ;-) muhaha, couldnt have thought of that earlier, is that cheating lol. yeah i know but is it that bad
I almost always manage more than one club, but that is because I want to do the best I can with both rather than one help the other. Generally they only interact when the lesser club starts scrounging for players and I let the castoffs from my bigger club go cheaper than I might otherwise do.
I find managing just one club to be boring for the most part!
I also belong to the two manager school. (On cm01/02 I used to manage about 6 sides at once)
I don't consider it cheating I simply find that if I only manage a top side I don't get the same level of challenge but if I only manage a lower side I don't get to manage the top players - so I do both!
As for loans I find most young players at my top club (Chelsea) reject the chance to go to my small club (Woking) so rarely do it.
there is nothing wrong with dual managership, sometimes you can use being both a club and international manager to your advantage but only occasionally (usually in resting your own players if you have strength in depth in the international squad, and selecting players from the club opposition if the international break overlaps league or in previous games, CL quarter finals) and thats more being slightly sneaky even in those cases, since you're doing nothing wrong, just making the most of a legitimate opportunity.
currently I'm playing as 2 versions of myself, erm... myself, one international and one club, and thats so I don't waste playing time being diverted by a save game for internationals that i soon get bored of.
