Default A curious question...

Just checked my coaching staff, i signed Martyn Pert as Fitness Coach with a fitness training attribute of 20. Three months down gone and his fitness training attribute is 14. Im puzzled as to how this happens? I don't see how you can suddenly become a rubbish coach. If i changed his staff role then yes i could understand but he was a fitness coach at Watford, where i signed him from, and a fitness coach for me with his preffered/best role as Fitness coach (max.)

Only thing i can think of:

Was he overworked, or underworked? Was he the 7th Physio, or the only one? Maybe that would lower his skills.

Surely a physio wouldnt forget how to be a physio ?

Its not a physical attribute its experience and knowledge and it shouldnt fluctuate.

I can see it going up with experience, but down ?

It could be tested by temporarily giving your original fitness coach no duties...and then give the new one all fitness duties...then see if it goes up again.

Not heard of this one before, its possible there are calculations going on 'behind the scenes' we are not aware of which is causing this...or could be a bug (unlikely I'd say)

Try changing things round a little bit and let us know the results.

I'd doesn't seem like a bug, it just seems illogical. Jam Man's point is exactly how i see it. You can't suddenly become rubbish at coaching. Especially fitness coaching. There is not variation in the way the human body becomes more fit/muscled in tha way that different opposition on a football feild can stifle tactics and preferences in a players game. Once you know how to condition the human body that it you know. People don't get new muscles to train.
