If you are scouting for a country, will scouts look at players outside your national pool? If so, will these players automatically be added to my national pool?
It just seems very tedious to add every single new player manually to your national pool. It's impossible to keep track of who is new, so do players get added automatically in any way?
I know that players you call up are automatically, but I wouldn't notice and call up I player not in my national pool.
