watching the match so far at 3-0 your team just dont look up for it maybe you said something in team talk that ruined the morale. your not really closing them down therefore allowing their players to move about easily and pull off the passes they want. i have seen many times their striker skin your defence which indicates to ma your defence is on the slow side meaning you shud have instructed them to maybe play a bit deeper. i cant really see your tactics to be sure of their mentalities and such but so far your team just looks set out all wrong tactically and shud not be allowing so many one on ones right now the score could have been at least 6-0 instead of 3

also to add your teams fitness level was no way near as good as theirs so that plays a very great part in your loss and how slow your team was moving ect

Hi SkidRo, Tactic is the default 4-4-2 normal with nothing altered, and nothing said in team talk at start. No different from first two friendly matches that were played. You are right about fitness levels. Most players condition started the match in 80s (and they were the fittest :-)

that was bloody scary they had a super team out there or you just had a bunch of wimps. everyone lost the ball made no attempt to tackle. it was just nothing

that was your problem you never said anything in team talk you shud never leave it unsaid only in some circumstances but if you left things unsaid for 3 games this is wat you can expect players to play with no motivation

Hold on guys, you are giving a lot of reasons why but team talks and fitness shouldnt allow a team to have 63 chances against a team like Rangers.

By all means see if you can see an issue but lets be objective.

If my pub team played rangers I would expect less than 60 attempts on goal, thats one every 60 seconds (bearing in mind the ball is out of play a fair bit)
