Do we have so start with the improved database as we did last time for the patch to work properly or is the new database purely a player update?

I put some new awards in the old database which will take hours to redue

When you edit the database, you could and should have saved the database with a unique name instead of overwriting the original database, then you can select your edited database when you start a new game which will have all of your changes.

done that, just wondering will thechanges work with that database or need to make new one
