I'm afraid not. Nothing sexist here, simply that the two sports are, and always will be, seperate. They will never be integrated to the point where you have teams of men mixed with women so for that reason alone it should not be part of the same game.
A seperate game would be fine, but if I'm honest I doubt it would sell many copies.
With it being such a physical game then no, women and mens football will never be mixed.
If one day womens football reaches a level where it's very popular, then perhaps SI or another developer would make a separate game for it.
It's hard to give an opinion on this kind of thing without feeling sexist. But seriously, I have no problems with women playing football, it's great for them, I just wouldn't want it in FM.

Just look at athletics. Women have been competing and doing well in all athletic fields for years but you still never see many events that involve men Vs women.
