some info from my skin:

"After extracting the 'black_in2.zip' file, the
following folders should be created:

'black_in2'
'black_in2_left'

Then copy all 2 folders to the 'skins' folder in
the directory:
CDocuments and Settings\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins\ "
