On my game certain players for example elano and nugent have profile pics that i have not downloaded and dont know where they are in my documents..anyone know how to change these to they use my downloaded cut out facepacks?

OK Fuller, here we go, what you have to do is save your pic as the player ID in the same folder then delete the ones you want to get rid of. So for example save in same format and folder as (example) 123456 your PC will then ask if you want to replace the pic with the one you're saving, just click yes then your pics will be used instead of the others. I have done this myself so just make sure that the file extension and the unique player ID match.

I dont know where the pics are though,they appear on the game but cant find them in my documents.

the pictures are in the folder:
CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\data
there is a file: graphics.fmf which has all the pictures and logos you have not download but you see in the game.
