I got all my custom graphics to work in the game (pictures, logos, kits etc). The ONLY two things I can't get to work are custom icons in the news (optional.png, response.png & unread.png) and a custom cursor (busy.png) instead of the standard white ball while busy.
In Football Manager 2007 and 2006 they worked automatically when put in .......\data\graphics\icons.
I tried this in FM 2008 (mydocuments\etc) but doesn't work.
Anybody tried this and knows what to do/where to put them?

For those of you who have the same problem........I sorted it out myself. (Luckily I downloaded another skin where the "mail icon" graphics were added, so that helped). Just put the graphics in a "skins\.....\graphics\news" folder (no XML file needed) and it works. At least with me it did.....finally.......
If anybody is interested I can post the enveloppe images I use in my game, just let me know (they were one added to a FM 2006 skin, and work perfectly in FM 2008 too)
