I download kits,logos,badges, basically everthing so i make a file calld graphics and put them all there but only the kits come up?

why ???

You have to seperate them into different folders - Players, Kits, Logos etc.

i thought it didn't matter how you seperated the pics? on load up the game checks the folders in the my documents section and brings up the pictures required

i downloaded all prem faces put them in the right folder but only wigan pics are displayed?

If your config files are set up correctly (which they will be the site you got them from is reliable), then you can bung 'em all in to Desktop/My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/graphics. There's no need for sub folders.
