Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Is it possible to dominate teams with an "All Out Attack" team mentality?

Ideally I would have my strikers and middies running towards the net taking shots constantly and counter attacking, but every time I do this, I end up scoring a ton of goals, and conceding a ton of goals. With Ajax one time I scored over 30 goals in a 6 game period, enough so that the game commented on it, but I was also conceding an amazing amount.

I've tried All Out Attack at various levels of the game, in various leagues, and I've never been able to win with it.

What am I doing wrong? Is it just not possible?

The ONLY way I can consistently perform at the mid-table level in this game is to sit in defensive or ultra defensive, which isn't fun for me. I get fired that way anyway.
