I set all my coaches on one or two particular areas so that I get the best out of them. But now I noticed that all my coaches are also coaching my youths. So they have 1 senior coachig assignment but 9 youth assignments.

I only just noticed it. Should I remove them from training the youths so that they can coach seniors better or it doesn't make a differnece?

if they are training your first team players "easy", there is no point to stop training youths with them. But maybe some of them has little youth management and you don't want them to train youths...
