be glad that nothing specific is noted instead of getting an upset player, i believe team talks are based on morale and performance so if your team is doing really well then they'll just keep doing well, although i migth be wrong since the team talks is not something i look into too much

I expect them to get inspired or be motivated not show no emotions. So basically if what you are saying is true I might as well not do a team talk and just let them go on the pitch.

i understand what you're saying but on average at least for me, i get the most 3 players having reactions to team talks, so unless you mess up with a negative team talk when they're doing good, then their morale just stays level(unless you start losing of course) i honestly can't understand why this works like this so if somebody can explain please do

Whenever I try "can win this" (favourites at home) or "wish luck" (underdogs away) I get either confused/angry or looked delighted/seemed demotivated. Expect a win dosent seem to get a reaction according the assman but its a guaranteed defeat whenever I've used it (heavy favourite at home)
Certainly different reactions from '07. I just keep plugging away reminding them there are 50,000 fans watching now while they stare at me with zombie like expressions

I cant believe after putting out an attacking side and being critised by the opposition manager and then replying back stating your confident in wiinning the match then having players fired up for the match with thier PR saying they cant wait for the match etc et.
When it comes to a team talk they dont seem to be interested.
SI sort it out

Actually, I can imagine that to be very very annoying.
Picture the players getting fired up before a crucial match and the manager going into the dressing room shouting 'FOR THE FANS!' and getting treated to eleven stony faces.
