I started a game as Colchester and my first game was a friendly at home against west ham, and I lost 1-6.

I was playing a basic 4-4-2. What went wrong?

The thing that went wrong was at the very beginning of the game where you chose to be Colchester

The standard tactic generally dont win games for you. They are mostly there as a template to build around.

I was thinking the same as you and I took over Hull.

Made my own tactic (which is bloody brilliant for me! ) and I'm in the play offs :o
