It takes much longer than a month hehe
You wont see alot of changes before a year or 2...except on youngster with a very high potential, who also are very ambitious and likes to train hard(professionalism).
Think about it, in reallife.. do you think someone who is lets say 24 years old and run 100m in 12 sec - then suddently after 6 months hard arobic training can run it in 11 sec? no. It takes years.
CA = current ability, PA = potential ability.

finished my 1st season. well after one whole season without any changes in attributes my players suddenly got "crazy" and everyone is improving but the arrows are still wrong/bugged, even the loaned ones are improving. oh the monthly coach report on training is also bugged, he reports players that didn't improve and that didn't got worse... i hope i can see some changes during the next season because if players only improve at the end/begining of a season then trainig in fm2008 is ****
are you playing the patched version </BLOCKQUOTE>
YES, that's why i also complained about this being a bug...but now i changed my opinion.

If this is true than this is cr@p......IRL you can progress after about 2-3 months in any area ESPECIALLY in PHYSICAL attributes

But that would make things way too easy now, wouldn't it? Also it could shake the balance of game if physical attributes were to develop quicker than others imo.

ain't FM supposed to be a simulator???? so yes the phisycal attributes should change faster then others just like in real life and in FM physical attributes always take more time to develop. in my game players only changed after 1 year, yeah realistic as hell and the ones to change we're the 1st team players, under-19 are always the same...
You guys realise that for developing younger players, and even older players to a lesser extent, the best thing for them to do is play matches. Playing matches > training.

I take each individual player and look at hes role in my system, what is hes strenghts and where can he improve?.
There are 2 type of FB's, offensive and balanced...with milan I have Jankulovski on left and Oddo on right. But they dont have same the training schedules, since there role and strenght are different. F.eks Oddo dont dont have any workload in shooting but jankulovski does.
In the midfield there are 3 type of roles ; the creative, balanced and defensive.
So again I used 3 different schedules.
My tactic used 2 AMC, but one is the dribbler type and the other one creative. So Kaka dont have any workload in setpieces since its not hes job, but Seedorf have it on medium..
Bizarre. You and I think alike..I was thinking of creating a whole new set of routines for creative, balanced and defensive roles in a team.
